Our move went smoothly in spite of the very hot weather on Saturday. I want to thank all of your people for what I would consider an above average job done. To Whom It May Concern:
On Thursday, April 22, 1999 we hired your company to move our home furnishings to our new residence. We are writing to let you know how pleased we were with the service your company provided us.
David and Rich arrived around 10:30 AM. They worked diligently at putting our belongings on the van. They treated each piece with respect as if it were their own. When everything was loaded, David had us go through the apartment with him making sure that everything that was to go was taken.
When David and Rich arrived at our new location, they continued to respect our belongings and our home. Before moving any furniture, a covering was placed on the hall entrance and stairs to protect our carpeting. If they did not know where a certain piece went, they would ask us. When they were done, our furniture was placed in the designated rooms along with all our boxes. No damage occurred to our belongings during this move.
Often, moving is an extremely stressful time, however; David and Rich made our move a pleasant experience for us. Since we know that many people feel the way we do about moving, we plan to spread the word about your company and the great service you provide.
